The wool delivered but the bag had split the post put in a clear bag and wool OK and nice and quick delivery.

I recently ordered yarn and it came damaged by Royal Mail at first wool factory was quick in dealing with the problem. Unfortunately there has been no follow up by them to say we have to wait for royal mail to compensate them or they are going to resend the yarn that got damaged and other that got lost. I emailed again querying what is happening and still no reply. I did have a order that I was asked to make but lost out because they needed item ASAP so I'm Really disappointed with customer service. Will I buy from them again I'm not sure

I tried the February crochet subscription and to be honest was very disappointed, the patterns supplied were just photocopies and they had no connection with the yarn supplied. I will not be carrying on with the subscription.

I am happy with the wool but not happy with delivery as played for 2;4 severe s and got it a week and half later

I received my order, unfortunately the quality of the wool I ordered was not good. I have given the three balls to a charity shop.

Wool breaking apart sometimes thick sometimes thin. Came in 100cm balls and I thought I ordered two mega balls. Almost finished my cardigan. I think it's looking good.

Apparently Matty was packing my order beautifully in an eco friendly box with love. It took 2 weeks to come stuffed into plastic wrapping.

Some of the yarn purchased was not of an acceptable quality in my opinion. I realise that purchasing 'sale' yarn will always be a risk, but I have tried knitting with one of them only to find it harsh and not wearable, and at least one of the others is not as described. As I said these are only my opinions.

Lovely wool but had some issues. Wasn’t made aware of dispatch or delivery so felt left in the dark and was given alternative wool from what I ordered - I assume wasn’t in stock.

Ordered some wool to finish a time commission. Ordered deliberately on the sat with 24 hour delivery so i had plenty of time to finish the commission. So should have got the item on Tuesday morning. Didn't receive till after 10am on Friday. I did email on the Wednesday to ask for tracking info. The answer was late due to mail strikes. No refund of postage costs offered. Won't order time sensitive delivery again.....

Ordered on the 1st of August, still not had my wool tried to send emails but kept returning them ,found a tel no so rang them today .think one was out of stock..had to choose different colour .hopefully arrive soon , sometimes things happen .😆

This was my 2nd order. For the 1st order I would have given a solid 5* rating. However, this time, of the six x 400g balls ordered, two of them had quite a lot of knots in the yarn and thinning of the yarn between these knots. Clearly, a lapse of quality control somewhere.

I am a bit disappointed with my product at the moment. I have tried using the ball of wool suspended, but after a couple of turns, the magnetic connection fails and the unit drops off. Then I tried using the alternative way and placed the unit on the bottom, away from the magnet, and again after a few turns, the yarn snags up with the plate it is sitting on and resulted in me having to lift the ball of yarn off and pull the yarn free. I am using 50gram double knitting yarn, and have tried pulling from the centre of the ball, and the outside of the ball. Perhaps I am not used to the unit yet, but I had hoped it was going to be a lot easier than I find it. I would appreciate your assistance with my problem so that I can use the gadget for the purpose it is advertised at. Thank you for your time, Best regards, Catherine.

Previous orders have been received quickly but I still haven’t received my last order which was seemingly dispatched on 8th March so I can’t comment on the contents
