“I love buying from wool factory but I’m surprised my parcel is taking so long to come usually it return of post but it’s nearly a fortnight this time and still haven’t received it”

“Only 3 stars because communication is poor phone calls not answered and emails take a long time to reply especially when you need to talk to someone about the order I understand there are busy times,but ... The Sirdar tundra wool is good quality although very thick. Sorry not a good review.”

“The wool I ordered arrived quickly but unfortunately was not the colour I ordered. The delivery note had the correct shade number on but unfortunately the wool I received did not. I will keep the wool as the shade is very similar but if you are going to make a substitute it would be good to let the customer know.”

“Unfortunately, as possibly to be expected, the colours looked nothing like they did on the website. I thought one of them was light blue and as only codes were given I telephoned to ask if it was but just kept getting a message advising nobody was available so took a chance and got it wrong. Also, I could have bought it cheaper at my local wool shop and saved the postage too.”

“Knitted with Rico baby dream a few times and loved it BUT unfortunately the white I purchased from you last week didn't compare favourably!!!! It isn't as soft, definitely a shade whiter and felt like one ply thinner!!! I was half way through a cardigan which now has one thick sleeve and one thinner sleeve!!! Now deciding whether to redo the whole cardigan??!!!!m”
