“I was very happy with the products I bought, and the quick service too. I ordered a pattern and wool in my first order, then realised I didnt have the right size needles, but another quick order online and within two days I received them.”

“From placing order until deliver it is a top class service. My last order was a present for my 81 yrs young mother who during lock down took up knitting again after many many years, Unable to travel to Scotland for her birthday, which was a first, i got in touch with the Wool Factory and asked if they could a personal message in the parcel, the following day i got an email asking me to write a message that they would put in the parcel..... My brother later informed me that my mother cried when she read the message so thank you for doing something that you did not have to do... I have used the Wool Factory many times over the last few months and i will continue to use them ..... And again a big thank you for helping to make my mothers birthday a bit more special under the circumstances”
