“Excellent service during Covid19 postal delays. Great choice of wool and I found great bargains and love my little wool stash. I have 3 grandchildren and another in a few weeks so I used Lockdown to learn to knit. I am addicted to buying wool and have so many patterns and projects in my head and planner book !”

“Struggled a bit with the download system considering that it was purely a PDF. Was also surprised to find that we only had five days to do so and no warning of this given, we may have been unable to do so! You might want to take a look at this or at least make this restriction clear to your customers when orders are placed. Otherwise all went well.”

“Thank you for your speed on the delivery of wool . My mother in law says is great wool she is 93 and knits blankets for charity and pays for it out of her own money so finding your wool at a reasonable price has helped”
