“First time I have used the wool factory and I have to admit I was a bit dubious to the fact the price's were so good as to if the quality would be compromised,but I need not have worried as the quality of the wool was excellent,very beautiful in fact , I was delighted with my purchase and the fast efficient service, I am happy to recommend to all my friends and will certainly use the wool factory again, thankyou.”

“Wish the 400g and 500g colours didn't go out of stock because I love using them and would love one of every colour to make my blankets and baby products with. Service is excellent and value and product are of great standard. Always pleased with my purchases. Thank you Wool Factory staff I do recamend you to others.”

“GLAD I FOUND YOUR COMPANY.I HAVE HAD 90 BALLS OF WOOL USED 40 SO STILL KNITTING I HAVE MADE SEVERAL BOBBLE HATS SCARFS GLOVES AND SLIPPERS ON MY ADDI KNITTING MACHINE. THE WOOL IS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT WILL USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN”

“I have been so pleased with all my orders, the quality and range of colours is exceptional. I have been busy crocheting blankets, one for our lovely neighbours, Mum a nurse and eldest son a paramedic, just to say thank you for all they are doing in these worrying times. I have made two more for Christmas presents and now knitting scarves. I would not hesitate to recommend The Wool Factory for their Customer Service and very speedy deliveries, thank you all so much, take care and stay safe.”
