“i was so pleased to discover the wool factory i had been searching the web for the product which i purchased i had been trying to find this in the quantity i needed for my project. the yarn arrived very quickly and in good order it was an excellent buy and i am delighted with it and the service from the wool factory i will certainly use the website again .”

“The delivery time even in these current times was far too long. They issue an email to say items have been posted even thought they don’t actually post them when they say they do so the items take well over 2 weeks to arrive even when paying for express postage. I won’t be buying from this site again”

“I loved the colours of the Wool Factory selection and was equally delighted that when the Wool arrived to find that the colour was as expected. I needed to contact them as my order was taking a long time to arrive but it was good to get a prompt response from them which reassured me that they were actually listening. The slow arrival was more to do with the Royal mail and their Christmas workload.”
