“Excellent service but on website conflicting discriptions yarn band will have ie dk aran chunky then underneath it'll have a different discriptions of what thickness yarn is”

“I order wool for my wife and the service is very good. However, in the last order, a couple of the balls of wool had knots in them for joining two lengths and that has not been the case before.”
