“The process was fairly straightforward but there seemed to be an excessive number of forms to sign and return. I was happy to receive a refund of £143 but I felt that you took too large a percentage out of the £230 that I was actually owed. With hindsight I wish that i had claimed the money back independently.”

“Easy to use, especially if you have used before. It would be great if you paid by BACS rather than cheque. Cheques are a nuisance to process for a lot of people in this online age.”

“Was a good service but if I’m honest I really think the charges are a bit too much as I was awarded £188 and ended up with only £116 so I was short ov £72 but overall a good service but the charges are high”

“Thanks for asking me to review tax company's performance. Yes you guys are doing good job but it's too businesslike, it would be great if you grade commission e.g. refund above a thousand '60p' , below £500, '20p' etc on every pound, this would make it worthwhile applying thru the tax company.”
