“Company have good selection of products and seem better value than competitor (Patch Plants for example). My main ‘gripe’ on this occasion was that in the space of a month, start of Feb to start of March, price of one plant increased in price by 50%! From £20 to £30. Advised due to their suppliers but 50% increase seems excessive.”

“The plants are of superb quality. Very happy with them. They arrived promptly and fairly well packaged. One of the pots was broken on receipt, however customer services were very helpful and sent a replacement asap.”

“They look amazing, but I have no idea why the smallest pot is 9cm diameter. Most pots are 10cm and it’s been so difficult to find a 9cm grow pot that fits”

“Detailed descriptions about the various potted plants in the web site and very smooth ordering process. However, I would suggestto include shorter bamboo sticks to support the plant or make it an option to exclude from order as the stick that was included for the snake plant zeylanica is way to long for the current height of the plant so could have been used for another order. Also, worth highlighting the prompt and good communication when the initial delivery slot was not met. Much appreciated.”

“Whilst my birds of paradise plant is lovely. I was a little gutted. Only because of my stupidity and a little to do with your search engine. I searched for banana plants which resulted in 4 plants as a result. I thought they were all variations of a banana plant. I was wrong. I think if you search for a plant the hit should be that plant with maybe other recommendations clearly labelled but separate. So I’m I bought this as a lovely birthday surprise. It was a surprise for both of us! Lovely plant though.”
