“This was my first time ordering from The Stem. I usually shop at a competitor but after receiving some sad plants from them I decided to try The Stem. I ordered two plants, on delivery day only one arrived and I panicked and emailed them. Turns out there was a delay from the supplier and it caused some havoc which happens but I'd not have panicked had an email been sent to warn me however I heard back the following day and do understand that they are a super small team and in future I'll know this. I now have both plants and I love them. Condition is good, not overwatered like I've received from other stores which is really important as over watering kills roots and thus the plants. Website is great too.”

One small query - the plant info suggests repotting into a slightly larger pot - this is ok but we purchased a ceramic pot to go with the plant - the size of this pot does not allow us to increase the size of the pot as suggested????”
