“My first order was great, second order I did within days as I loved the first- now I haven’t received my 2nd order, but it’s impossible to get any form of customer service or help. No one response. I’ve sent several emails and also filled in the forms, no actual phone number and DHL won’t help me, such a shame as I would have recommended based on my first order, but not receiving my 2nd and no response, I’m not sure on my next steps now”

“I spent £100 on a birds of paradise plant and 2 of the stems were broken. It was delivered without any protective covering to keep the leaves in place, as the leaves are quite spread out it makes them vulnerable to knocks. More could’ve been done to ensure it’s safe delivery”
