Amazing plant, great quality and great price

Lovely quality of plants, delivered quickly, and at a fairly reasonable price. I bought some for me, and some for my Mum for Mothering Sunday.

Company have good selection of products and seem better value than competitor (Patch Plants for example). My main ‘gripe’ on this occasion was that in the space of a month, start of Feb to start of March, price of one plant increased in price by 50%! From £20 to £30. Advised due to their suppliers but 50% increase seems excessive.

It's my first time buying plants online and was a little worried about transportation but my 3 plants and pots arrived in perfect condition. The plants were immaculate and well looked after and they look stunning in my home, the website had such good care advice and i received emails after delivery with care instructions too, i absolutely cannot find fault with anything and can't recommend enough. Thank you Stem :-)

Great quality, only issue was delivery (outside of given slot, about 2 hours late) but this wasn’t much of an inconvenience. Plants are beautiful, are are the ceramics.

Asked for them to collect the plant and refund me as it wasn’t of the quality expected and they’ve just ignored me for 3 days.

Unfortunately my plant arrived damaged. The box it was delivered in had no markings such as ‘delicate’ or ‘this way up’ which led to what seems like the entire plant having been upside-down at some point, causing all the soil to fall out the pot and The Stem of the plant to snap! There were no supports to keep the plant upright and nothing holding the soil in place. I am hoping they will soon rely to my email and provide a new one / refund, which would remedy the low rating!
