Detailed descriptions about the various potted plants in the web site and very smooth ordering process. However, I would suggestto include shorter bamboo sticks to support the plant or make it an option to exclude from order as the stick that was included for the snake plant zeylanica is way to long for the current height of the plant so could have been used for another order. Also, worth highlighting the prompt and good communication when the initial delivery slot was not met. Much appreciated.
