“We ordered some dried flowers which were lovely. The only area for improvement was with delivery and packaging. The order was placed on a Wednesday evening, but not dispatched until the following Monday. The website previously said any orders placed before 9am Mon - Thu would be dispatched within 24 hours, but this has since been changed. The packaging was also slightly excessive for dried flowers, in that the box was at least double the size it needed to be, and then within this box was another box. The flowers were lovely though ☺️”

“Good service, fast delivery, nicely packed. Healthy, good size plant. Only negative - a litte expensive especially taking postage into account.”

“Plants arrived very quickly (within 24 hours of dispatch) however the pots had been damaged in trainait. After a small delay in contacting replacements where issued. Very happy with the plants ordered, all in tip top conditioned.”

“Convenient delivery options and good range of products. However the plant I was given had significantly fewer fenestrations than the one advertised on the website. As opposed to 3 large leaves I received a 4 leaf plant with 2 having good fenestrations and the other 2 being smaller.”

“My Christmas tree was well priced and a very generous size (height and width). It produced quite a lot of debris when we first opened it (hence four stars not five) but has maintained its looks for a week now with very little needle drop.”

“Ordered a Christmas tree, when it eventually arrived it is lovely. But the 13 hour wait with little contact does need improvement. James did all he could when became aware of the situation, its the fault of the delivery company used here.”

“I've been getting plants from the stem for a while and they've always been really healthy, high quality plants that are reasonably priced. I decided to buy my Christmas tree from them this year and it is honestly the most beautiful tree I could ask for. Perfect shape, height what i ordered etc. Deducting a star as I was supposed to receive a one hour delivery slot on the day but I didn't so had to wait in all day for it to be delivered at the end of the 12 hour delivery period (10pm).”

“I E specked the tree to be taller as I ordered a 6ft when it came it was not much over 5ft and had a label on it stating 5-6 foot. But it was bushy like the advert.”

“Great service however it wasn’t in a box and was a present, so it was obvious what it was when it arrived and therefore spoilt the surprise”
