I am sad to say the company just lost two orders cause I can not click on delivery dates. Bummer.

All my plants that I have received from this company have died with root rot. All my plants that I’ve had for 20 years and more or have not been purchased through The Stem have not. Company do not respond to emails. Will not purchase from them again.

How do you order in this website? It seems like no delivery slots are available. I have a Birthday Voucher to use and I cannot select any delivery slots for the plants and customer services is impossible to contact.

Ordered two plants, one came overwatered and soil was waterlogged. Responded really quickly to my initial email but just dismissed my concern that waterlogged soil could lead to root rot. Asked for them to collect the plant and refund me as it wasn’t of the quality expected and they’ve just ignored me for 3 days. Will have to raise a dispute with my card company soon. Really poor service - avoid and go to Beards & Daises instead!

I have ordered a bird of paradise which arrived not very happy. It has curling/burnt marks and black spots in at least half of the leafs. Also I found a mealybugs at the very bottom leaves; together with a lot of dust (?) and dirt. Definitely not what you’d expect from a plant shop and something like this can be purchased from a grocery store for 9.99. Difference is I paid £45 for the plant and £6 on delivery. One of the big leaves was also broken due too poor packaging. I have since then contacted The Stem but they quickly refused to help (James) - as the plant is standing up he thing all is good. He dismissed all my images and comments, made me feel very unheard and treated me very unfairly. all he said was I can return, at my own expense as he disregards all, feels like a scam, after sale service is non existent. As I received this on Thursday and he since then didn’t help I am not trying to take the bugs and damage off myself and hopefully have the plant will turn into a happy baby. I want going to leave a review however The Stem sent me an email to remind me to leave a review; where they state if you weren’t 100% happy to contact Cs and they promise they would resolve the issue for me. Shame as they didn’t. When receiving the plant I was 50%unhappy, after talking to James I am now 100% unhappy and I will be looping this review elsewhere for people to be careful and stay away from this shop.

Both plants that I bought from here died. The first within a month and the other within 3. I care for lots of plants and they all thrive. I am very disappointed. Seems like root problems for both

Ordered 2 plants on 3rd February delivery was ment to be on 7th the day before they send an email to say delivery on will now be on the 9th, sent an email to say this was no use as there would be no one in the address as I was leaving for work on the night of the 7th,NO REPLY FROM EMAIL,next 2 day emails from DHL to say expecting your parcel and we have your parcel,2 more emails sent to stem but still NO RELPY,got a friend to go check outside my door on the 12th to check of anything was sitting at the door ,highly unlikely as secure build and you have to buzz to get in,nothing there,another email sent on the 13th no reply again and nothing more from DHL either, so at the moment 5 emails to stem in the last 8 days no reply from any !!! Nothing more from DHL, £48.60 down with no plants delivered at this time ? ?? Absolutely shocking show from these people and no other way of contacting them apart from emails. Which has been a great sussess so far !!! Order number 7898636 but did get an email to leave them feed back, no delivery to date,no plants,no reply,and out of pocket be warned!!!

My first order was great, second order I did within days as I loved the first- now I haven’t received my 2nd order, but it’s impossible to get any form of customer service or help. No one response. I’ve sent several emails and also filled in the forms, no actual phone number and DHL won’t help me, such a shame as I would have recommended based on my first order, but not receiving my 2nd and no response, I’m not sure on my next steps now

Sadly upon receiving my plants i realise that they’d forgotten an entire plant from my order. They included the pot that the plant was supposed to come in but not the plant. If this is your business, you CANNOT be making such careless mistakes!

Hi, any idea where my order is? The order number 86ced25, the order was placed on 15th December and I paid £5.99 for next day delivery. Wish I'd just gone to the garden centre to be honest, very disappointed 😞 this was a Christmas present

The plants I received are spoiled. Two out of three plants I received had spoiled leaves ( turned black)

My order was delivered today in time which was good . Except when it was opened it was frozen solid and completely dead. I am an 85 year old pensioner and the cost of this was beyond what I usually pay for a plant. It was going to be a special treat for family member. What can I do please? If you need photos I will have to wait for someone to do it for me. Hoping you are able to help.Thank you
