“plant was not as advertised, only has 2 leaves & one of those is not looking very healthy. packaging was excellant, but the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired.”

“Hello , ordered two plants from yourselves , paid extra for 70cm for the Calathea , which was a standard 45cm and has frost damage . Order was for Malcolm Westbrook LE16 7GU Paid good money for standard plants”

“I ordered 3 plants and one came with the plastic pot broken. Can’t think what they been through to make that pot to get broken like that. All 3 plants were squished in a narrow box and because of this the largest plant had all the leaves crumbled and a couple fell down because of the bad packing. I love my new plants, but the business could improve. There are many shop plants online, I don’t think I’ll buy again from here.”

“Some plants that I receive are of poor quality. On a couple of occasions plants have been damaged or died before arrival. I have also received lots of lovely plants though.”

“The plants arrived as ordered and were in good condition and quality. reduced the number of stars that could have been given because it would have been nice for the plant pots to have been delivered with saucers.”

“An African Milk tree and a pot were ordered. Sadly both items arrived damaged. Upon emailing Stem, with pictures, they quickly refunded monies without any delay. Only 3 stars due to non receipt of plant and pot in good condition. This of course is probably down to the courier and not Stem.”

“With outsourcing of the delivery to external vendors, plants hardly ever are being delivered on to time. You can forget about a date you have chosen placing the order. Otherwise, all good. Pretty happy with the plants, although some of the bigger leaves of the plans were torn and damaged.”

“Made two orders. Plants orders most recently arrived well short of advertised height. Ordered a 35cm and 50cm plants, both >5cm short, which can be understandable, but the lane advertised as 100cm, arrived at 80cm height. Previous order arrived with plant looking quite rough. Disappointing.”

“It took longer than expected to deliver and my friend was on holiday by the time it arrived. Luckily a neighbour took it in for her. Apparently the plant is lovely although my friend is still away so has only seen a photo.”

“The plant arrived well packaged and healthy but I'm very disappointed in the customer service. The site stated delivery in 3-5 business days, after 7 days I sent two emails, neither where replied to and after 10 days I ended up having to source another plant locally as this was intended to be a gift for my sister in law. The only contact I had was an email advising delivery would be the next day - too late as I'd already bought another one.”

“Very nice pot and good updates on when delivery could be expected. Nice sized plant but some of the leaves on it looked a little crispy and dry, they came right off the plant.”
