“Having to argue for ten minutes with customer service to try and convince them they have made an error with my order not me is very disappointing. Having to send them evidence to prove the error from there own Web order system, and being dealt with by a person who should not be in customer service due to an arrogant, rude and obnoxious attitude does not leave me impressed....”

“Great choice of tiles, rapid delivery and impressive customer service. I even got a call from them just to check that I really did want to collect (as indicated on my order) given I live some 80 or so miles away. In fact no - I didn’t! I’d changed something on my order just before confirming it and I can only think it reverted at that point to ‘collect’ without me realising, so many thanks on all levels!”

“received porcelain tile adhesive but with a hole right through the plastic bag and the paper bag, the courier dropped it at my front door with the door open thus some of the adhesive spilling out onto the floor inside, my wife was'nt happy at all. I've patched the hole up in the bag with gaffer tape, just hope the adhesive does'nt go off before its time to use it.”

“UPDATE: tiles arrived this monday morning bubble wrapped and intact. Ordered 25 quarry tiles and paid £18 for next day delivery as lockdown now prevents me travelling for click and collect. Two days and still no delivery or information as to whether they are in transit or not despatched. Website account login just says order complete?”
