“Items arrived, packing was not good at all and the grout bag had split open as a result of lack off inside packaging. Called and left a voicemail to request a call to discuss, nothing, will not use again.”

“Customer service was very poor. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to serve me for a collection. Many people passed me by but no one thought to come and help me. No one answered the phone prior to my visit or during my visit. Not sure the phone works”
