“Hello ...I have been very impressed with the efficiency of Tile Experience. We ordered one lot of tiles which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately the number of tiles required to complete the job had been miscalculated but I rang late p.m. and spoke to James who arranged a further batch to be delivered the next day while the workmen were still on site. Fantastic. Helen”

“tiles arrived extremely quickly and appear to be okay. We had one damaged tile but haven't checked the rest yet as we were going on holiday. Bathroom is being started tomorrow so will know more then. At the moment we are extremely pleased with the service. Also ordered 4 sample tiles as we couldn't make up our minds which we preferred and were surprised to receive whole tiles and not just small samples.”

“Very helpful advice over the phone, and came back to me very quickly to inform me of a change in delivery date. On arrival there was an item missing and they quickly contacted their supplier and had it mailed directly asap so my plumber wasn't waiting for it. Great value & sound customer service. I will definitely use these guys again.”

“I bought a 2 kg bag of grout from Tile Experience - first time purchase from them. I only needed a small bag and couldn't find anything less than a 5 kg bag elsewhere. Delighted to find Tile Experience sold the smaller bag, and even more delighted to find it delivered in super quick time. I'll be doing a bathroom soon and will be looking to purchase from them again. Highly recommended.”
