“Great product , good delivery time . Good price Delivery company kept me informed on timing of delivery . However the delivery system might want some thought . One man with some pallet trucks. My house is on the street which has a slight slope . If I had not of helped the driver would probably not have got the load from the road to the pavement. 850 kg is a lot for non motorised pallet trucks.... Other than that I will be ordering more from you and will recommend you to my friends....”

“The item I chose 20-30mm Scottish pebbles were in stock, a good price and good communication throughout the order and up to delivery. Just a point of note for anyone else ordering them, they look good, nice range in sizes, some are a bit bigger but I would'nt choose them again for a driveway. That's probably why this company doesn't suggest them for driveway projects!! My mistake.”

“I ordered a bulk bag of plumb slate on tuesday online, i was called on thursday to check it was ok to deliver on friday to which i said yes and got my mum to stay at my house all day friday to take delivery and i also booked the day off work saturday to do the job. When i got home from work on friday NO SLATE, i called the number that called me and was told it was not there area and they gave me another number which i tried calling but no answer [ANNOYED] Come monday morning i called the online number and was told they were really sorry and it would be with me that morning, one hour later i received another call more sorry`s and promised it would be with me that day, at about 1.30pm another call more apologies and would it be ok to deliver it first thing the following morning at which point i asked if they could throw on a few small bags for my trouble NO was the answer, it finally arrived midday the following day. RUBBISH SERVICE”

“I was a bit disappointed as we waited in all day for our delivery, taking the day off, but it didn't turn up and then had to wait till Monday. The actual granite was nice and am pleased with it. But would have liked to be informed if the delivery weren't going to come.”

“The slate I purchased was just what I wanted, however your delivery leaves a lot to be desired. as the primary supplier the responsibility is yours to ensure I get my goods on the specified delivery day. I wasted a complete day waiting for the carrier to deliver my slate, only the be told it was arriving between 6.30 and 7.00 pm that day. It didn't arrive of course. Nobody contacted me the next day and without warning a carrier arrived with my slate. The driver knew nothing about the previous days saga. What a way to run a company, you and the carriers are absolutely useless and I wasted a complete day at your expense. I have asked for some reimbursement but that has been typically ignored.
