“Paid for delivery before 12 but didn't turn up until 4. The haulage company they use are absolutely shocking!! That said the girls on the phone at stone and garden dealt with it very well, some of the best customer service I have ever come across to deal with a problem that was not their fault”

“Many thanks, ordered 20 bags of 40mm slate chippings for my garden, really pleased, look absolutely fab in my garden. Slight problem with delay in delivery as the delivery lorry broke down but got them the following morning, really helpful delivery guy. Would definitely recommend you. Thank you.”

“Great company to deal with, called me the morning after I placed the order to confirm the delivery date, called again the afternoon before delivery to check everything was okay our end for delivery. Item exactly what we wanted and delivered in exactly the place we wanted, cheapest price I could get the item on line and good quality. Very satisfied”

“Delivery did not take place as scheduled so wasted one day holiday for no reason. Deliveries are very prescriptive (understandably) however, unless there are specific circumstances (which there weren't on my delivery), I believe I have the right to expect the delivery to take place. I contacted customer services who were very helpful and requested a refund of the delivery cost but to date have heard nothing. No problem with product”
