“Meant to receive white pola gravel on the friday 11th August 2017 as I had a job to finish off in back garden when arrived I received black basalt instead they said the wrong gravel could not be picked up on Saturday even through my new gravel was being delivered that day instead it would be picked up on Monday14th August. It was blocking our path way and we had to cross the grass to get into our house which is not great when you have a disabled person living with you. Phoned up Stone & Graden and I will say they said they will deliver tomorrow (Saturday )in which they did but this put me a day behind. It is now the 17th August and still they have not picked up the wrong gravel. I did phone and complain on Wednesday 16th August but the women Lisa said she would speak to her manager and still I have no reply back from them”

“Very quick delivery at no cost. Stones were a good size. Left in a good place. Wasn't as white as I thought they were going to be. There was a lot of dust in the bag which would have made up a bit of the weight.”

“My order was for blue 40mm slate, and I chose Stone and Garden for their competitive price, availability, and delivery options. The slate was delivered "overnight" which I found a little confusing, but all became apparent when it arrived as promised, but by a local carrier. Obviously "overnight" meant it was trunked to a local depot. There was no problem in offloading by pallet truck, even though my road is on a slight incline, and was wheeled down my drive to where I wanted it. The slate was exactly as ordered, although it had not been pre-washed, but again that was easily resolved once it had been laid by hosing it down. I would definitely use this Company again, and have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“The person I spoke to was delightful and very helpful each time I called. The delivery driver was lovely - he called before arriving, as requested, and we discussed where the pebbles could be left. I would happily use the company again.”
