“I ordered two samples of Scottish pebbles None have arrived within the 5 days specified. I wanted to compare your stones with Gravelmaster. Gravelmaster delivered their sample the next day. Sadly I have nothing to compare their sample with”

“The materials I got delivered were first class The only thing was that the haulage company made an error on my delivery they only delivered 1pallet instead of 2 so had to take another day off work for the next delivery”

“We ordered two bags of Grey Slate Chippings to be delivered to a Heritage site. Asked Courier to call prior and no such call came until they were there. The 2nd bag we had delivered created problems with access and caused a lot of headaches. Thank you for that, the Stone and Garden themselves are ok, the Chippings could be a slightly better grade. The courier company uses these tail lift vans, which are not helpful at all due to access limitations, plus they just dump it where they please and do not call. Courier company is useless.”

“As there was no indication of delivery time at all, nor any tracking details online on Monday last I called your office and was told the haulier would contact me an hour before he arrived. This never happened. As a result we had to lug the sandbags 100 yds to where they could better have been delivered had I been rung in advance. The 60 sandbags I ordered were only half filled and spread out look flat and unimpressive. I hope they work when the floods come!”
