“The goods, and delivery process is fine. Just that when the pallet was delivered it wasn’t lifted high enough, and left scraped drag marks on the driveway & path outside my house. These haven’t washed away with rain either.”

Sorry for the delay in but thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! Apologies for the issue with your driveway, as we're only insured for kerbside delivery leaving the bulk bags anywhere else are at drivers digression.

“Delivery date was not kept to which meant that I wasted an entire afternoon, then the revised delivery date of the following day didn’t show up on two of the following times given and finally arrived end of the day Another day wasted, therefore i don’t have anything good to say when you are using a delivery company that lies or just can’t be bothered”

“I had to phone before making my first order. The person I spoke to was really friendly and informative. The delivery arrived quickly and the ordering process was very easy. Communication on the day of the delivery was excellent. We then had to order a second batch and they arrived a day early. The delivery driver was also great - jolly and also careful to ensure the driveway was easy to access alongside the bags.. The pebbles are absolutely beautiful and excellent value for money. I'd definitely use the company again. Thank you!”
