“I was a little dubious after reading the reviews but arrived on the specified day, driver was great and stones good quality. Spoke to someone in the office who was also really helpful and happy to help me with an update on the order. I went for the black basalt and it’s more grey than black but black when wet. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again though.”

“Excellent quality and service. Very quick and the delivery driver was great- very helpful and friendly. I ordered the same product prior to buying these and they were £80 more expensive for the exactly the same items. This is the second time i have ordered from this company and i will continue to do so.”

“Delivery was a day later than anticipated but still only took 3 days to arrive. We weren’t in any need to have the delivery on a specific day but I have no doubt if we were these guys would have done their most to ensure we received it when needed.”

“From order to delivery, everything excellent. This product was £70.00 cheaper than local supplier which was great. But communication was spot on .Would have no hesitation in using The stone garden company again.”

“Everything arrived on time and text messages kept us informed. We ordered chippings for the garden which are just what was wanted. A few days later we ordered another bag. Unfortunately, when they arrived the stones were unwashed so a different colour although they were the same stone.”

“Ordered online on the Saturday for delivery on Thursday. Really simple to order and quickly received email confirmation. Given a delivery slot on Thursday which wasn’t accurate but rang the courier company who were able to update us. On arrival the delivery guy was really helpful and moved the crate to where we asked. Opened and checked the contents for us before leaving. The actual stone we ordered, alpine blue, was perfect for what we wanted and we are really happy with it. Would recommend, no issues”

“I was kept updated on time of delivery and delivery driver was excellent in getting the bulk bag into my garden to facilitate moving of stones into the allocated space. Good quality of stones.”

“The product & price were spot on however I emailed them to tell them the delivery driver damaged my property whilst delivering to me and no one even bothered to reply. Very disappointing. Otherwise I’d have reviewed 5 star”

Hi Damian, Thank you for leaving the review, apologies you haven't received an email from us. We do have your email & photo from from 7th July, we forwarded this onto the haulier the same day who then in turn speaks to the delivery depot/driver for us. We're just waiting to hear back from Hastings Freight (I have actually chased this up for you today) and then we'll be in touch with yourself, I'll email you an acknowledgment to your email though for reference.
