“Generally pretty pleased with Pi Hut. The order arrived quickly. There was a fault with the item - but I contacted their returns and they were very helpful and the replacement process went smoothly. Would definitely use them again.”

“Class service and great little website. Items arrived in good time and will shop here again. 4* because I would have expected next day delivery on orders >£100, but appreciate this is at a cost to the company and perhaps will be something they introduce in future. The layout was a bit strange to begin with but got used to it. I am buying sensors now, can see there are some good ones available here but for what I am looking for may need to go to other sites. Great site, will be back again.”

“- Loved the website - Had all the products I was looking for - Very happy with the products - Delivery was slow but it was the Christmas period so I understand - I made 2 orders in quick succession as I realised there was something else I needed. It was frustrating having to pay the relatively large delivery fee twice. If my orders had ended up being delivered at the same time I would have complained about this but since they came separately I can see that this is genuinely the way your order book works. --- that said, the fact that if I forget one or two things, my total delivery cost could grow quite sharply makes ordering from you more of an 'event': I feel like I can't casually order things that I like, I will have to consider it more carefully.”

“Great service, fast and easy. Love my Pi, gives so much fun in these hard times when too much free time can be used properly. Be aware tough buying the case with fan - the fun is not long lasting even if it says brushless - my died after 2 months.”

“Everything as exepcted. The controllers werent great as they keep lagging and disconnecting at about 2m... other than that grab yourself and pi and the wolfanoz build for retro pi. Highly recommend!”

“Delivery: Fantastic, super quick easy to track. Raspberry Pi 400 & kit: Great piece of tech for the price, I bagged one simply because it worked out so economical, much cheaper than a laptop. The included mouse was surprisingly helpful although I wasn't intending to use it. Xenta wireless mouse: The mouse arrived dead on arrival but it's so cheap it didn't bother me too much, I'll just have to get a different one. The Mouse itself appears lively with the light for the sensor coming on & appearing to scan. The mini receiver is what I think is buggered for two reasons, it's not being noticed when I plug it into my rasperberry Pi or my primary computer and when I opened up the mouse to find the receiver & position the battery I noticed it had been moving around & now in the batteries slot. I could be wrong but I'm guessing the receiver got knocked around, possibly requires better packaging. I think I got unlucky as the other reviews read so positively of this little thing. Overall: Pretty happy with my Raspberry Pi400, wish I hadn't got the wireless mouse as I wasted time troubleshooting the thing.”

“Generally the Raspberry Pi 400 is superb addition to the RPi family and fairly quick to assemble and to get working. The only reservation is the GPIO which looks a little out of place and there is no pinout diagram to show orientation so if I wished to add hardware devices to the pin do I need to purchase an a pinout adapter?”

“Really great experience! Only thing I would say that I was going to mention next time I ordered something to see if it could be included in my next order was I purchased a clear pi4 case with fan and it was missing x1 of 4 plastic nuts to attach fan to case but this hasn’t effected anything other than my ocd haha so don’t worry about that! But if it could be sent next time i get something that would be much appreciated! :)”

“Can't speak for the prices because I didn't compare; but otherwise the purchase proceeded promptly, without a problem, and delivery to Berlin, in 7 days was reasonably quick.”

“Good overview of products, quick delivery. A point to improve: please keep the items in the shopping basket when you log out, sometimes it needs more time to complete the "shopping list". It also would be nice if no shipping costs are charged above a certain purchase amount.”
