“Hi, Thank you for give me the opportunity to give you feedback. I bought this Pi to have libreelec firstly for main purpose. Because I did not know if 2gb would be enough so I bought 4GB and fan etc. I have in the end Raspbery OS ,Libreelec and Recallbox all of them use much less RAM It looks like 4gb is more than enough. As well as per Fan I could not make fan to work low speed on libreelec, and recallbox. I was thinking to returned fan (but I use heatsink already) and give 4GB and replace with 2GB with you.But it was 10 days after I bought not 7 as you have return policy. In the end fan is sitting next to box not used and I had to drill holes in the box to lower heat down from 68-73 °C .Now I have temp between 52 -62 °C. If I had to choose again I would buy all kit for not £85 but £60 ( 2GB Pi without fan) Regards”

“Hey, I bought the PI keyboard for my boyfriend after seeing it on the Gadget Show, ordered from the Pi Hut just after Christmas and came within a couple of days despite the Covid drama. He loves I love it. Great service”

“Unfortunately I was caught in the nets of Brexit, with unacceptable Spanish customs costs (My order was made on the 1st or 2nd of january...) and an exhausting to and fro with the courier service . Finally I made my order to be returned to The PiHut. During this ordeal, PiHut's customer service was excellent, thanks. Another order that went out in parallel by regular mail arrived without problems (except for about two weeks delay).”

“Het winkelen en uiteindelijk bestellen bij the PiHut beviel me uitstekend. De website bood concrete productinformatie aan op een overzichtelijke manier. Het bestellen zelf verliep ook prima. Het enige waar ik nog ruimte voor verbetering zie, is het aanbieden van een Track & Trace code (of iets vergelijkbaars) waarmee het aflevermoment van het pakket te volgen zou zijn. Al met al ben ik dik tevreden.”

“I bought the 10.1" PCAP Touch Screen and a Raspberry Pi 4. In the end they went together perfectly but the documentation was just not there. I did not realise that the PCAP screen actually provided +5v for the Pi and had already procured a 5v supply (the PCAP screen data sheet does not mention it, if fact it lists a 5v power supply as an Optional Extra). I had to search the internet to find out which pins on the Pi the 5v lead had to be connected to. The HDMI and USB leads were obvious but not documented. Apart from that delivery was prompt and as my granddaughter said, "Grandpa you have built an IPad".”

“I bought this keyboard for use with my main desktop computer (along with a longer cable, since the one it comes with is a bit short for this use-case). I've been using it for about two weeks, and I'm pretty satisfied with it so far. TL;DR: Good keyboard, but with a few quirks. I'd recommend manually applying some rubber feet to the bottom of the keyboard (or using a soft desk mat), which will improve the typing experience. Pros: + The keyboard feels good to type on, and the keys have almost no wobble. When pressed with adequate force, the key sinks all the way to the bottom, then pops back out when released. This makes the typing feel nice and tactile. + The overall build quality is very good. + The detachable cable fits firmly into the keyboard, and doesn't wiggle around when moved. Cons: - The keyboard moves and bounces slightly as you type, since two of the feet at the bottom are plastic instead of rubber. This makes the keyboard feel lower quality and harder to type on. Applying some rubber feet/pads next to the plastic ones solves this problem. - Key-presses are sometimes not detected if pressed too lightly. There is a small distance between where the key is pressed but not activated, and where it pops back up. Short, single key-presses usually register as they should (at least briefly), but it's sometimes an issue when holding a key and unknowingly releasing it just enough to not register anymore (for example, when holding 'shift' and typing).”

“Hello, the service was really good, however, I want to comment on the actual product, the Flirc case for the Rasp Pi 3B. There were two thermal pads, one in a bag marked "2b 3b" and another with the legend "3b+", of course I used the one marked "2b 3b", since I have the Model 3B, and the pad does not touch the case's heat sink. I haven't tried to use the other pad. For the moment I put some thermal paste to close the gap, seems to work ok, but it is still a little disappointing, I do not know if it was because of mechanical tolerances in the case, or a wrong thermal pad was provided. But I would definitively buy again with you. Cheers!”

“Good little machine and well built....the ONLY gripe I would have is the cable length, Its rather short with both the HDMI and power cables being rather short, especially if you are plugging into a TV. Aside from that its really nice. One other thing would be a choice of colours but then that's just a small asthenic thing on my part.”

“Good experience in these times. Rapid delivery, and the raspberrypi400 is a delight to use. Avoid the wireless mouse which I also ordered. The cursor response is slow and judders all the time. I guess you write that one off for £7 though!”

“oes what it says on the box, Shame the Raspberry pi 4 does not use the samble bale as the pi 3b + having great problems to connect to iylama monitor tried various connectors , to no avail now told to use a vga -hdmi converter not a technical person what does it mean and can you provide a freeone as a 'tester to see whether it works on a return to base if it doesnt work? “Every time I order, PiHut are very efficient with the items arriving within a few days as regular as clockwork. I tend to order one or two small items at a time, and the only reason this is not 5 stars is their postage charge. For me it is often a high percentage of the total cost. Apart from that, all good.”

“The starter kit was a good place to start for the experience of building a cheap gaming pc. The only thing it was missing was a micro sd card reader but that was only 2 pounds on top. Overall I think that it was a worthwhile and a good experience.”
