“Whilst I enjoy shopping on the PiHut webb site it was principally because i was shopping for Christmas presents for my adult children. The webb site has every thing you need to get up and running with your Raspberry and the appearance of the page is easy on the eye and doesn't contain to many distracting side advertisements which are common on many other sites. My one criticism is that finding individual items, eg "Keyboards" not contained in a kit requires a little percerverance.”

“A bit disappointed with being charged two delivery charges to France as the result of limitation of 1 Pi Zero per order. Also delivery was a bit slow, but that could be down to seasonal delays at La Poste.”

“The ordered hardware works perfectly, but please please please stop using Poczta Polska (Polish mail service). They are the least competent company in our country as far as deliveries are concerned. In my case, they parcel was left at the post office but the only notification I saw on the tracking page was "attempted delivery" even though they NEVER deliver packages bigger than a letter envelope. At least, please indicate during the checkout which company is going to make the final stage of delivery. By the way, have you considered adding a Bluetooth mouse to your shop? It would work nicely with the built-in BT controller integrated into Raspberry Pi, without needing an external USB dongle like your other wireless mouse does.”

“Ordered a cheap sensor. Only £7, but it was an essential component of a Christmas present kit for one of my grandchildren. They sent me a tracking number, which showed as awaiting receipt from vendor on the post office website, and never changed. After a week contacted Pi Hut who said they would send a replacement. I worried about this, because the sensor was now showing as sold out on the Pi Hut website, and time was running out to source a replacement. But a replacement sensor did arrive - except it came without its connecting cable. So I had to go around the houses with Pi Hut support again, they sent the missing cable, the sensor works fine and so all was well in the end. Pi Hut support were helpful although a bit slow in responding from time to time. I'm prepared put that down to the combination of Covid and Christmas.”

“Hi, the ordering process as well as waiting were really good. One thing you probably couldn't make any better, but just happened was a delivery service fault. One side of the putter box of the package was torn out completely. Fortunately the contents reached the destination intact. Post office put the damaged package inside a plastic bag with a report of accident. Then they asked me whether the package is complete. While everything was there, I accepted the package. Everything works as expected. Thanks”

“i ordered a Pi 400, which arrived very quickly. unfortunately when i switched it on, the USB-2 port was non-functional on arrival. i contacted PiHut and they sent instructions for returning the unit (with a pre-paid mailing label), so back it went, and a new one followed . it has been fine, and i'm very happy now! i was worried about not having a "standard" audio out port on the Pi 400 (my main application is a software synthesiser using yoshimi and a USB MIDI keyboard). however, since i'm using an old TV (with HDMI in) as the monitor, the audio can be played through that - or even better, through some decent speakers connected to the TV's headphone jack!”

“I ordered a PI 4 Desktop kit when I really wanted a PI 400 microcomputer desktop kit. It was for a charity, and I still passed it on as the PI 4 still works as a desktop computer.”
