“Easy, trouble-free shopping experience. Products arrived on time and properly packaged. Only marred by the final page of the journey where your address is handed to Google to associate with your browser history in order to display a map. Email address (and presumably phone number) also passed to Royal Mail.”

“Parts were shipped out extremely quickly. Accidentally ordered the same birthday gift as another family member so had to return it. Customer services got back to me quickly with a return number. Would have been nice if they had sent me a label to use for the return.”

“Not quite an advent calendar as it is only 12 days, maybe rename it - "12 days of Pi-mas?" Looking forward to playing with it in December. A PDF of the 12 projects would be nice.”

“Both ordering and delivery were simple and fast. Amongst a few other bits, my order contained a Pi Zero 2 W, FLIRC case and mini HDMI-to-HDMI cable (all listed as 'extras' for each other). It seems the mini HDMI-to-HDMI cable's mini HDMI plug doesn't quite make sufficient contact with the Pi Zero when installed in the FLIRC case. Is there an alternative cable or adapter this cable could be exchanged for?”

“I am really satisfied with the product quality and availability, I found all I was looking for at the official price. The only issues I found were with shipping, it took really long and I couldn't buy li po batteries because I'm not in the UK. I understand that most of my complaints are not your fault, but I feel like they are the only thing that is missing for a perfect review”

“My first order and not totally sure if it was the right product but very good description on the website and turned out to be the right choice. Product arrived very promptly and well packed. Could have done with some written instructions for setting up the screen but found details online.”

“I ordered the 12 days of codemas (red packaging) but got the blinky light one instead (black packaging). Since I had neither was happy to just get into coding however the blinky one does not have guides released until dec 1st so I'll have to wait.”

“Products arrived quickly and were put to good use straight away. Packaging was good. Would have appreciated an instruction leaflet with the heatsink case, but I suppose that's down to the manufacturer and not you.”
