“My Pi 5 has arrived after I took out a subscription for Hackspace and received a priority order code. The Pi was initially very slow, but I switched to a USB stick instead of an SD card and it now runs very nicely. The Pi Hut despatched the order with their usual efficiency, ie, very quick.”

“Products were delivered quickly, and in good packaging. If I had to complain about anything it is lack of stock. There have been alot of out of stock items on the site, which I would have liked to have ordered. One additional thought, not really a complaint is that it would have been nice to have an PCIe hat for the new PI 5 available at the same time as the PI 5, alot of people including myself cant wait to try that new feature.”

“Great selection of components and quick delivery. A bit pricy but it's understandable. Wish they had some kind of mix&match service as sometimes I don't need 200 pin headers.”

“Great value overall. Quick service and delivery. I knocked off one star because the bundle I wanted showed as only available with an EU or US Plug, so the only way I could order with UK plug was to add an additional one in. However they were in stock, and it simply meant two plugs in the box, and a small additional charge. If you get details like that sorted it would be five stars.”

“Very fast shipping and courteous support. I received help the next day. But I wouldn't expect the very high import fees for abroad shipping and the shipping costs itself (which doesn't have to do with the PiHut but still I almost payed more for this than the actual products I have ordered).”

“I bought the cluster case for my Pi4 with SSD to allow better natural cooling. The parts were good quality but the corner holes were 2.5mm and the long standoffs 3mm (M3) so I had to drill out all 12 of them to 3mm. Not much of a problem for me but it could be a right pain for someone else! Unfortunately, the SSD didn't fit in the lower space but the kit was easily adapted to accommodate it. It would be good to have an option to buy the kit with 3 wire fans instead of 2 wire.”

“Very good next day receipt and we’ll packaged. Misleading saying this kit will get you up and running. You need a monitor and keyboard and mouse but instructions say do not connect to computer so need to buy a monitor etc. Not clear if you buy one of the small touch screens do you still need a keyboard. Instructions are online but you have to have in depth computer skills to follow.”
