“Super fast delivery and everything arrived in perfect condition. Only criticism would be that delivery should have been free for orders above a certain value, other raspberry pi authorized resellers provide it completely free, but had to use pi hut for the priority boarding. Additionally, the items were loosely moving around in the shipping box, some sort of paper to fill in the gaps would have reduced the chances of something getting damaged.”

“Was informed when Raspberry Pi Zero was in stock and ordered one. Arrived promptly. Have installed Raspberry Pi OS and all seems well. Pleased with the service received. Only problem so far is that VNC viewer will not connect although I have enabled the VNC server on the Pi and I have other Pi's that connect. Still looking into that.”

“Apart from the very long wait to be notified of the restock, the delivery straight from The Pi Hut was very quick. I haven't had chance to put the Pi board to it's intended use as a amateur radio hotspot as of yet. I wish The Pi Hut also sold the top hat transmitter receiver and case to build the antenna components required to finish the digital radio project, which I now have to sauce this top hat screen from a different online retailer. I purchased the Raspberry Pi zero 2w for this build. I can't complete a full build review until the project is completed due to other components having to be sourced elsewhere. I would like to see the Pi Hut stock the clear see-through ceramic cases and top hat so that we can order the complete set from one place. I hope this helps your retail store to improve everyone's shopping experience”

“I went to order a specific item but it was out of stock. There was an option to receive an email when it was available. That email popped into my inbox and I promptly ordered. The order was here in two days. I've yet, to open as it's a gift from Santa for my husband!”

“A good ordering experience. My only criticism is that I ordered three items and they all arrived separately, which seems very wasteful. I was in no rush to get the items, and I'd have liked a "Combine into a single shipment" option to have everything sent together. I appreciate that most people like to get their orders right away, but it isn't always necessary or even desirable.”

“I ordered the advent calendar and a badge - I knew that there would be a delay on the advent calendar (because it was a pre-order) and would have been happy to wait for the badge but the badge was shipped separately. I would have preferred the option to have just a single delivery and reduce the carbon footprint incurred by having two separate deliveries.”

“The website is well made and clear, and well-documented, usually. The wide choice in your catalogue is much appreciated. I'd like a bit more details about some articles though, as well as clearer information about the manufacturer of each product you propose. I was very disappointed by some cases that would not adapt some other cables or wiring because of the lack of available dimensions pieces of information and poor manufacturing quality of some other articles, and because of that they would not fit together the way I had anticipated (like some ribbon cable in a raspberry pi case) and I had no way of knowing before my purchase.”

“Postage was hell of a lot more expensive that usually hust because there was two tiny batteries i. It. Also, fistful of stuff packaged in a huge box. Products are great but there must be a bit more consideration for postage prices and parcel sizes.”

“I bought a "Black Gladiator" tracked chassis (despite the cringeworthy name) It's a bit of a mixed bag Overall quality is excellent (the tracks are splendid, the quality of the motor/gearboxes is excellent compared to similar products in the marketplace) and assembly looks straightforward . There are a few issues Documentation is sparse, and some of the online stuff is in Chinese. (although the The DFROBOT site linked to from PiHut has decent guidelines) . The track pins are VERY hard to remove (and that is necessary to optimise the track tension) . The idler wheel mounting (on a bolt, lock-nutted with a couple of washers, in a very oversized hole) is pretty poor practice, to the point that I am thinking about building a new chassis (and just keeping the wheels, tracks and motors). But it's still early days yet”
