“Item was broken and support link did not work. On sending reply to delivery email and despite sending photo of detached micro switch, service centre asked for return before sending a replacement part.”

“I tried to buy the 8 port universal daughter card twice before I actually was able to complete the transaction on the third attempt. I also raised a service desk request. The first two times I tried to pay with PayPal. Both times these failed, so I used a card which worked. Your workflow from add to basket to transaction completed is unusual. I expect the following… Easy identification of item (this was good) clear price for item (this was good) Clear price of postage (this was after authentication with PayPal) Clear price of complete transaction (post PayPal) I would normally leave a site like yours for poor transaction price clarity - prior to completing the purchase. However I need the part and you are one of a very few vendors in the UK (especially post brexit)”

“Hi, Great product went together very easy and the physical setup was simple. However, it's a good job I'm a retired IT Engineer as the supplied instructions for the OS might just as well have been written in Chinese. I strongly recommend you put in a simple instruction sheet for the installation and setup of the operating system as those supplied will just frustrate the unfamiliar.”

“I have only given a 3-star for one main reason: I have not received my item yet, even though I paid for next-day delivery for £9.99 - I have been informed that I will not get the item I bought until the 6th June. While this may not be down to your fault, and more so the delivery company's fault, I have still paid extra for a service I have not been given.”

“Occasionally there are holdups and kit issues but generally Pi Hut present's the reason I use a raspberry pi as my test machine for Linux and occasionally excellent interactivity with MS Windows devices especially MS server and NAS machines and there no issues with cross connectivity to Windows environments and no data loss with other Linux packages and no need to do to much editing in either direction and generally font substitutions isn't always necessary between Pi and Windows or Macintosh”

“Well I don’t normally give reviews, but I’m dyslexic so I don’t even know how I got my order wrong, but I did. As soon as I realised I said it took 4 days to get here, even though it was bank holiday. I sent it back I’m still waiting for a refund but the right part came the next day! Which was quite impressive!”

“For Irish customers be aware that VAT is payable to An Post with and admin fee. I bought an RPi pico with a starter kit for about 22€. The VAT and admin fee was another 8€ (nearly double the cost of the Pi pico!)”

“Great service, the kit arrived very quickly. The box containing the Pi was sealed but I am puzzled as to why there was a cut in the lid running almost the full width. The OS on the SD card was 32 bit, I was expecting it to be 64 bit. Everything works fine.”

“Delivery and order processing was quick and can't complain. But the Pi itself looked like a return, the box was open but worse it was loose in the outer packaging. Fortunately undamaged and the Pi worked fine, but I am not particularly impressed.”

“Delivery was very fast. I have only tried out the LEDs which seem fine apart from the purple ones which are light blue. I am very disappointed because I bought the kit because I wanted purple ones.”

“I didn't receive an order confirmation at the same time I placed my order. I think the order confirmation came the next day or maybe even the day after, I even emailed customer support :p. the item i received is quite heavy and it would be nice to include product weight in the specifications section for each item.”

“The momentary capacitive touch sensors activate when my hand is 4-5mm away fro the pad so unusable for my application as when I connect a piece of metal and put my hand over if it activates from about 3cm away”
