“Unfortunately due to the 2 day Royal Mail strike the item is almost a week late and still to arrive. Looking at the tracking it’s in the right city but they have just left it at the sorting office instead of getting it to the delivery office Due to this I can’t review any further”

“Not a lot to say really as my parcel still hasn't arrived! A parcel sent to my wife using the same carrier arrived on the day this package was supposed to show up (Wednesday /yesterday) but not mine. The carriers website had this very cryptic statement for my delivery: "Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 23-11-2022 as the address was inaccessible. We will attempt to deliver your item again on the next working day" 1. It's now 18:30 the next working day - no parcel 2. A parcel for my wife delivered by the same outfit on the 23rd turned up OK Who knows....?”

“The purchasing process was so easy, and delivery was so fast, to be honest, I wasn't expecting that I receive an order within 48 hours! However, I placed an order and asked the support to let me add other items to the order or make a separate order but ship them together and they simply reply that this is not allowed! so I paid shipping fees two times for no reason!”

“The shop itself is very well laid out with comprehensive pages for each product. The UX is very pleasant to interact with. However, Shopify seems to have a bug for me where it doesn't save the address line for the shipping, so it's just labeled: TOWN COUNTY POSTCODE as such my order was NOT on time however this is clearly no fault of The Pi Hut.”

“Can't give you full marks, the delivery time was great, BUT you don't have ANY stock of all of the top items. A chip issue or the manufacturing location? Needs sorting out quickly or people will use other processors.”

“In several days of tracking, granting the weekend, it's gone from the UK to GB to London according to said tracking info. So, an optimistic theory would be it's moving. Since Longon is part of GB is part of the UK, the flipside of that tracking theory is... it's still sitting on someone's desk at the piHut. Has it moved? I dunno. Maybe the piHut should check tracking info before sending these surveys out. I can't be happy with a product I'm still waiting for!”

“The product itself is great, I paid £9 for next day delivery on the 25th and my order arrived on the 28th, which kinda really sucked to be honest as it was really needed. Don't advertise that option it if it's difficult to get to DPD, tracking showed it took a couple days to get to DPD. Unless of course my frustration should solely be directed at DPD in this case but whatever. I don't recommend quick delivery options.”

“It pains me to write a negative review however I ordered the Elecfreaks micro:bit Starter Kit for my sons birthday in an attempt to teach him the basics of electronics however on arrival I received a CuteBot!! As my sons birthday was the next day I had no choice but to give him this. I love the idea of The PiHut and will probably shop with you again however please pay more attention to your orders. “Good experience on the website finding and ordering what I wanted. Updates post order are also very good. What’s disappointing is the lack of empathy for the customer….sending this request for feedback before my order has arrived. Whilst we all know how shocking the Post Office is at the moment, their tracker works so PiHut should know it’s not arrived yet. Put yourselves in your customers position.”

“The products are great idea if they would work together. The case i ordered was for a PoE Hat But the Hat i ordered didn't fit. And where the case was cut it left a tiny bit of plastic in one of the holes so when i put it together the corner broke off. Apart from that all was well and postage was fast.”

“Items were delivered the next day. Unfortunately, one item was the wrong one. In fairness, a return label was emailed within 10 mins of messaging Pi Hut. I know mistakes happen but now will be days before the right part arrives. Will still recommend Pi Hut to people as delivery was excellent and items where good quality and the error was delt with promptly.”
