“Ordered a case for my pi4 and hifiberry digi+ board, and also a heatsink. The items were delivered quickly using the standard postage option, and tracked which was good as I had the option to put a safe place when Royal Mail contacted me with a delivery date and time. The case, which is the hifiberry steel case is a good fit, but the heatsink was not a good fit because the chips are different heights and it doesn't make contact with some of them very well. I may buy individual heatsinks, but on testing with libreelec, my pi is only reaching 62 degrees streaming 1080p video so I may not need to.”

“4 out of 5 because the only model in stock was the EU plug. Had to purchase the official UK plug separately. I suppose one could also get an adapter”

“Unlike others, for me, this is the first time I have used the PI hut platform to purchase products. My experience with the platform is good because the product that I wanted to purchase is the raspberry pi model 4. If I am not I have been waiting for the last four months to order this product. Recently I finally get to order the product and I really thank you for the email notification reminder.”

“Delivery was a bit slower than expected and I was never sent a dispatch email which left me a little worried my order would never arrive. However, customer services were quick to respond to my query and the product arrived safe and sound.”

“All went very smoothly with the purchase and very prompt delivery of the Raspberry Pi 4. They have been in very short supply, so delighted when I received an email saying they were in stock. When I tried the website, though, I got an out of stock message, so assumed I just hadn't been quick enough to respond to the email. Tried again the next day, just on the offchance, and was able to order. Seems like there was a lack of coordination between the emailing and stock status on the website.”

“It was easy to place an order with the PiHut, and I received tracking information when I expected. This is probably on me, but for international orders, particularly orders to the Americas, I'd make sure to choose air freight. I got reasonable tracking updates, but over land and sea. . . takes a minute.”

“Arrived in good time and good quality. The description on web site needs to be better to be clearer: I was looking for an extension cable for a Pi Zero 2 W and Pi Zero camera and thought that was what this was but it's actually for connecting a Pi Zero to a regular Pi Camera. Checking back it does say that but it's not as clear as it could be.”

“Ordered a wireless keyboard, mouse and an on/off switch for my Pi4. Arrived very quickly via the Royal mail. Only problem was the usb wireless transmitter is hidden inside the mouse. Thought it was missing. Searched the Pi Hut website and found where it was hidden, however a little slip of paper with the location would have been helpful. All items work well and as expected.”

“Not the best experience this time due to my payment card being soft declined, appears the pihut site is not fully compatible yet with the new card authentication and security measures and had to end up paying via PayPal to work around the issues. Delivery via DHL was good, but felt slower compared to Royal Mail.”
