“Unfortunately, my experience of The Pi Hut has been greatly impacted due to there being no power supply's in stock when ordering the Pi Zero. I ordered the Pi anyway as i needed it before Christmas and it seemed like the next day, the power supplies were back in stock. I have now had to pay for shipping twice and feel like a pro active message, on your part, after my 2nd order would have been easy to keep me happy as a customer.”

“I was disappointed that when I ordered a pi and an additional box on the same order, I wasn't advised before despatch, that the box was not compatible with the Pi, only finding out when the recipient (a birthday present for my son) told me it wasn't a compatible box.”

“Unfortunately, the product is still in transit. This will hopefully arrive this week according to the tracking of the local post office. So, the shipping information was inaccurate. Since DHL forwarded the order via normal post in Germany it was expected to delay.”

“In general ordering experience good. Maybe one thing I would indicate to customers that they need micro hdmi cable. Because I forget about it. Delivery took very long time.”

“The site itself is a pleasure to use, with a huge stock and variety of items. The shipping on the other hand...Out of two orders, one disappeared and turned up a couple days later....the other order (made the next day of the first order), has disappeared from over a week now. PiHut...I love your stuff, but deliveries have a huge problem, especially considering how much we pay for shipping.”

“Delayed delivery 30Oct to 11Nov. Not too happy about that. Once delivered and set up, 1 issue re Rainbow Screen. I had the HDMI cable in the wrong slot on the Pi. Once sorted and being unfamiliar with this level of knowledge (my fault) I have NordVPN working and also my TV stations. I got rid of my Virgin TV subscription. Today I hope to set up Kodi as there's lots of Golf/Soccer/Rugby on this weekend to test out my new enterainment sys and also try a few Films/Series. So far hard to give an opinion, but it looks like it will do what I want it to do. Tony Mooney.”

“4 weeks to receive my order. Otherwise pleased with the service. But I would not have ordered in the first place if I was aware that it would take that long. Pandemic or whatever else, you should have up-to-date info regarding the timeplan for delivery.”
