“Products was good, but sadly it takes over 3 weeks to get products here. But between that time I got answers very fast from customer service. I don't think that The PiHut could do any better for delivery.”

“The shopping experience was perfectly fine. However, was made aware that the new PoE HAT won't fit in the Official Raspberry Pi3 case, unlike the previous version of the PoE HAT. Nevermind, all my Pi's are now in DIN rail mount cases.”

“I got next day delivery on a Saturday which was great but unexpected! The only problem was that the heatsink i ordered came without bolts or heat pads but PiHut sent them out as soon as they could. Lost one star because i sent an email about the missing parts and got no response, but when i filled in the contact form on the website they replied the next working day.”

“Purchased the case and screen for the Pi 4. The item arrived safe and well packed. The item is well made and easy to fit onto the Pi 4. Screen works well. The only slight problem I have noticed so far is that it would appear to disable Bluetooth connection, but not sure if this is user error on my part or a genuine fault with the setup.”

“Ordering was fast, easy and clear. Only issue was the Pi case doesn't seem to fit the Pi 4 properly (it's not flush and won't close without being misaligned), but that's something that can be addressed with a small amount of filing or trimming”

“Pi 400 superb, but it does not recognise sense hat. Have contacted support. All GPIO ports work. Pinpal and clear breadboard superb. GPIO Adapter good but would be better with an alignment notch. Could do with large print data sheet and "getting started " pamphlet from you. okdo. Com/getting started HAS NO INFO on sensehat. Try it! More to come - and maybe more to buy! Thanks tim.”

“I got a RPi 4 and a case for a good price. Both worked fine, however the case was the wrong colour (opaque black instead of transparent). I contacted customer support and they sent another, however it was again the wrong case. I didn't care that much however, and just kept the case at this point. I'm sure it would have been resolved the next time if I had kept it up, and I was relatively satisfied regardless, so overall I would recommend PiHut.”

“Every part of it was great. Website easy to use delivery was speedy and the equipment worked as intended. Would definitely buy from here again. Sadly couldn't buy 2gb pi models but I understand there is a shortage. Instructions to build the cluster case online were a bit vague but do-able.”

“Shopping good except for description of PSU: when you click on it to buy it a message comes up implying it's for only one version of Pi (zero), when it will actually do several (incl 3B+), which is a bit scary so lose a *. Otherwise prompt delivery of what you ordered.”
