“The store itself is good. Everything in the box was what I expected. But DHL delivery was terrible. They claimed that they attempted to deliver but I was not at home (which was not true), after that they left the box in a post office (and there was no any hint for me about it). They sent me a message though, but it contained a broken link. So I was not able to understand what to do next. Also on DHL tracker website they didn't leave any instructions and didn't send me any email. My postbox was empty and I didn't even have any parcel number. When I eventually went to a post office, they told me that without parcel number they cannot find my box. Only because of a kind post office lady I was able to get desirable box. Do not use dhl.”

“I've bought from the Pi Hut a few times now, but the last order had been the first time I have had an issue. A few critical parts were missing from a TV HAT case. I had ordered two. One was fine, so I knew the other case had bits missing and it wasn't me this time! Soon after emailing support, the replacement parts were sent out and I received them in a couple of days from my original support email to them. Excellent response and service. Thank you”

“Shipping is fine. However I do wish my raspberry pi arrived in an anti-static bag and that both of them had been properly tested, as I am getting some weird output video glitches.”

“The PiHut is great as always but the overall shopping experience was shadowed a bit by the amount of extra costs due to customs handling now necessary due to Brexit. The carriers (DHL Express in this case but I know UPS is handling this in a similar way) charges a quite significant amount extra for doing customs clearing. Would be great if the PiHut could think-up something for their European Customers to avoid such nasty surprises - maybe it is possible to offer paying the import charges upfront so that the costs are obvious to your customers.”

“rating, quick delivery and everything there. SD card didn't boot and not recognized but luckily I was going to boot from usb with bought ssd and usb converter and also it seems new pi's are set to boot from usb out of the box. So sd card became irrelevant other than I paid for something which doesn't work. Pi is brilliant and its running moode perfect off ssd. I love it.”

“The manafacture and build quality of the Pi Zero Camera Case was overall excellent. However the one thing that was unacceptable was the use of plastic screws and nuts. Future buyers would do well to purchase metal fasteners and throw the cheap junk away. I would purchase again, but now I know not to use the included hardware.”

“The Pi Hut are great a merit 5 stars but the RGB Button is slightly disappointing due to the presence of it’ internal resistor which makes it only possible to generate Red or Green or Blue, and not other “mix” colours.”
