“Overall a great experience. My only complaint is that I was not aware of the customers changes for shipping to Ireland. This added roughly a 30% changed after the item shipped. If I was aware of this it definitely would have impacted my decision to order. Perhaps make this more obvious prior to ordering?”

“Raspberry pi worked perfectly. Thanks. Only problems was that the postman dropped it through the letterbox and it landed on the floor. Not how i would have liked my electronics to be treated. Other than that, all good.”

“Well, it's getting more expensive to buy stuff from England, since they left the EU. Not the danish tax itself, but the around 16 pounds extra to the postal service for administration of the tax payment. In the future I will have to buy more at a time - but less often - as the administration fee is the same regardles of the total amount. Apart from that, ThePiHut has a very good shop, and a lot of exciting little devices. Just keep it coming :-)”

“You provided the best prices but I would love you to have direct shipping to Bahrain. I had to ship to a forwarding company in UAE which costed me a bit, so shipping directly to Bahrain would be great as I am sure that I will buy much more in the future from you”

“I was happy with the delivery. It was fine, prompt, etc. But I deeply regret ordering the "Micro SD Extension Cable - 45cm". It totally f***ed my Pi-400, rendering it useless and unrecoverable (it would not accept a SD card afterwards and so was unbootable, thus dead). Plus it did not fit in a RPi-3-Model A+. So complete total waste of money (actually worse than a waste of money given I had to dump the PI-400 as unusable).”

“The order was processed promptly, but the shipping from the UK to the US took much too long due to what appeared to be layovers in Germany and New York. It seems I could have paid a couple of pounds extra for more expeditionary service, but I have to wonder why the bottom line on profit meant more than my satisfaction on the delivery time? Products leaving Europe could be expedited by default. The product is working flawlessly, and I'll consider ordering from the PiHut again.”

“My experience with Pi Hut has been great all promises made and are kept. The reliability is first class. I do have a problem however when looking for a component I do find the various listings somewhat confusing the names and descriptions do get a bit confusing at times. I wish all at Pi Hut all the best for the future.”
