“The PiHut website is well laid out and it was easy to find everything that I needed, along with many interesting items that I didn't know existed. Item costs and shipping costs are reasonable, and my items arrived quickly and were well packaged. I will definitely be using PiHut again for future requirements.”

“The Pi Hut has been my go to place for anything Raspberry Pi related for years, from the Pi 500 & Monitor system down to various accessories. This time I bought a Raspberry Pi Pico 2 W to upgrade my ClockworkPi PicoCalc. It was easy to find what I wanted on their website, they had competitive pricing, and there was quick delivery by Royal Mail with tracking. So a hassle free experience all round.”

“Good experience; nice to find the item I needed on a local website so I didn't have to wait weeks and have to buy 50 items where I only needed one! Shipping was superfast, the price was reasonable; would defiinitely use Pi Hutagain”

“The Raspberry Pi 5 itself is absolutely fine and functions as expected. My disappointment is with how The Pi Hut handled an issue I raised after my purchase. I contacted them after discovering the difference regarding the SD card included with the kit. I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable, but I hoped they might offer an upgrade or some form of credit given the circumstances. Unfortunately, their response was simply that they could not offer an upgrade or credit, and that the 8GB kit had since increased in price due to the SD card. I appreciate that they are not necessarily obliged to offer anything, but I was disappointed with the response and expected a little more goodwill from a retailer I've spent a significant amount of money with. The product itself is fine, but the customer service on this occasion left me disappointed.”
