“It's the first time I ever used The Pi Hut or even bought a Raspberry PI. I specifically bought the Official Pi-hole Raspberry Pi 4 Kit with Royal Mail 1-2 day delivery (only 30p more than Evri). The consignment was despatched 44 minutes after ordering, and arrived the next day (a Saturday). I thought 1-2 days meant 1-2 working days, so that was a nice surprise. As for the kit itself, the parts are all official and very good quality. It was assembled in five minutes, I reflashed the Lite (headless) version of Raspberry PI OS instead of using the preinstalled desktop version, and the Pi-hole software was up and running within another hour. The Flirc case is the real deal, keeping temps at 39°-41°C when in use. I've never done any of this before (although I do have Linux experience) so I'm pleased it was so straightforward. TLDR: Very happy. I would (and probably will!) definitely use The Pi Hut again.”

“Recieved the order promptly after dispatch. Only issue was that part of the order was supposedly out of stock and so was not included in the package. This wasn't communicated beforehand and it was only my outreach that established this after delivery. The item was refunded since it's not due back for a significant timeframe. Really not ideal but not the worst resolution. When I purchased it did say 1 left in stock, so possibly a simultaneous purchase. Either way, a small issue”

“I ordered a Raspberry Pi Ai+ hat, together with double extended GPIO pin block. The order arrived next day and was packaged very well. Communication on order and delivery was excellent throughout. One area I would improve would be to clarify on website, which extended length GPIO pins to purchase for the Raspberry Ai+ hat. i.e. There were 2 choices on the website, unfortunately I selected GPIO pins that wernt long enough for my particular needs”
