“After looking around on many websites, including Amazon I decided that for my purposes purchasing just the kit I wanted was my best option. I chose Pi Hut as a highly recommended reseller, and I was not disappointed. The delivery was super-quick, well packaged and all in good order. I couldn't recommend Pi Hut any higher, the whole process was super easy and I feel very happy with my new Pi. The prices are also very competetive, I didn't find them lower elsewhere and will use them again when I but my next Pi!”

“I purchased 2 off Pi OS SDs. Back in the day, having set up my Pi400 to boot from SSD over USB, it crashed one day during a power interruption during boot up. The 64 bit Pi OS you dispatched was plug and play in turning my bricked Pi400 into a useable Pi once again. I'll try to investigate the corruption to the SSD and at least re-format it into a useable mass storage. I bought 2, in case the above goes horribly wrong. If OK, then I'll be using the other one to upgrade my Pi 4 (on ye olde SD) to 64 bit.”

“I've been perfectly satisfied with buying from PiHut, you ship promptly. However I recently bought an '8encoder' from you (8 i2c controlled totary encoders in a small case). I've written a driver for it and everything works well except for the eight RGB leds, one for each knob. The module says it is fitted with version 1 firmware and the LEDs are all fitted on the board, but they won't light up. I write to the LED registers using a 'write_byte(addr,data)' method that works on other registers OK. When I read back from them the data is red=0, green=0, blue=0. It makes me suspicious that the firmware in the module is a very early version, with no LED support. I'm not too concerned, as the knobs and pushbuttons can be read just fine. “The website is great, easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. Ordering is easy and straightforward. Delivery was quick and reasonably priced due to containing a battery. The device itself was well packaged and in perfect condition on delivery. The M5Stack Tab5 is a great little piece of kit, of quality build, with an excellent screen.
