“good product which does what it says. it really pays to read the instructions and would be better if there was a product specific reference without scanning QR codes etc. battery life is affected by sleep time. device would be even better if it used the matter protocol instead of or as an option to wifi as it is so much more energy efficient.”

“I’m just getting started with Home Assistant and found myself looking for the Connect ZBT-2 USB antenna. I found the site quite exciting to see all the other home automation devices that could be used. My purchase arrived really quickly and I’m very happy with it. I will definitely be back to the PI Hut site to expand my HA devices”

“Great service, speedy delivery and couldn't be happier with the product so far. A bunch more research to do on the project, very likely to buy some more kit from Pihut.”

“Fabulous service and fast delivery. There was a small issue with a tiny part of my order, which was not the fault of The Pi Hut, however they went above and beyond to sort it out. Will be my first of call in the future.”

“Great packing and delivery, and unbeatable prices. But the product descriptions severely lack detail. For example the VESA Pi 5 case should mention what coolers it is compatible with, which would be simple to add and an expected detail as they sell both coolers and cases. It even mentions ‘Combine with a heatsink or other cooling solution’. But the 40mm active cooler doesn’t fit at all, I’ve had to snap parts of the aluminium case apart for it to fit and modify with rivnuts to hold the lid on. On a £200 order I should be confident with what is compatible. Will be buying accessories elsewhere in the future and just buy the pi from pihut.”
