“Great service, as all ways, when dealing with "The Pi Hut". The item came well packed, and within two days. I have to say, it would have been nice to have had some instructions to set up the "SSD Base Enclosure for Argon ONE Cases", as I would have to try and look at the picture on the screen to work out how to set it up. Thanks”

“Excellent online shop, providing up-to-date stock status and delivery times. As with all suppliers of electronic goods, some lines are experiencing long lead times but I was able to select alternative products to get baseline development underway. As the order was only placed today I'm hopeful that the delivery will be as efficient as the ordering process!”

“Online shopping experience was smooth, and without any unnecessary steps. This was an international order so I felt the packaging was a little basic for the long trip, both the pi zero and pi 4 were loose inside the box so they rattled most certainly about during the trip, and probably took quite a few bumps. The box arrived burst open at one end, the local post office taped up the end and fortunately, nothing had fallen out. For international orders I would suggest a little bit of filler in the box, eg. crumpled paper, to stop items sliding and bumping about, and tape the folded ends of the box, so they won't pop open. Finally, the pi zero came in an antistatic bag which is great, but it was not labeled, this I found to be unusual and would be confusing if I had ordered multiple similar items. The Pi 4 was in its own card box, and had no antistatic protection. I had an overall good shopping experience with "The Pi Hut", and I think if they could address the packaging and labeling issues I mentioned above, it would certainly improve the service.”

“The new Pi zero w 2 had arrived. I wanted it to improve my download home system. I was checking a few webs, as usual, before order. I entered this site and, only with a few readings of product descriptions I feel that It was the right place to order. I could appreciate that this site is built with a strong love-to-Raspi-project feeling. I share this feeling too, so I bought I have to add that I'm from Spain, so I had to change the currency and this change wasn't as good as expected (4 stars instead 5 for this) but the rest of the action (buy, communication, shipping terms) was great. Long live to The Pi Hut”

“I had a problem checking out. After completing all the credit card security the webpage went blank. I didn’t know if the payment actually went out or not. I had to wait for a few hours to check my credit card transactions to ensure I have not been charged before I tried again. It was worrying though”

“So far so good and being able to pay with PayPal and the checkout was a breeze as it populates the whole process and just click ok. Haven’t received items as yet so cannot comment on the quality but being pihut I’m sure all will be ok. This is a first time purchaser and hope to be a long relationship with a quality supplier.”

“Prompt and efficient delivery. Easy to assemble, especially as I had one of them before. You should draw customers' attention to the various guides you provide, as not every step is obvious... I think you have to realise that, as your fame grows (!), not all your customers will have a peer group or a teacher to take them through the process and get them on the road to fully exploiting the potential of your excellent product.”

“Is not the first time I buy a raspberry pi from The public hub and is not going to be the last. Best place to buy, however: 1) shipping costs are too high 2) nowadays if I want to wait 5days for something to arrive, I order from China for half of the price”

“Hi, I’m a newby and have little experience to share. I bought two items both recommended by my buddy. He sent me a message with your link. Each transaction went very welll but I couldn’t link them both into the same basket. Not actually a problem as far as purchasing is concerned. I still get, but on two invoices instead of one.
