“My purchase from The Pen Company was totally by coincidence- having stumbled upon the website while (no surprises here) looking for a pen. I was a bit sceptical, considering they were literally giving the best price I could find on the internet- which was sufficient enough for me to take a leap of faith. I wasn’t even expecting to receive my pen for a couple of weeks(it was international mail)- but their service was unbelievably quick and I received the parcel within a couple of days with the exact pen I ordered, along with a perfectly engraved cap. They’ve found a life long customer in me!”
