“My order was processed quickly and accurately and even arrived far ahead of when I had expected it. I have had trouble in the transit portion of orders from the U.K. from other firms but yours came unexpectedly fast! The one complaint I would have is that there are no instructions about how to use the cartridge replacement kit for my Diplomat pen.”
