“I ordered an M800 with IB nib at the height of the COVID19 lockdown. It took a couple of months to receive it due to production delays at Pelikan. I was kept apprised of the delays, and The Pen Co. Graciously upgraded my shipping method to DHL at no extra charge. This is why I continue to be a customer”

“Hi. The black refills arrived quickly but I am still to receive the blue refills and haven't been contacted to say when to expect them. The good news is that you haven't charged me for the blue ones yet!”

“The communication and customer service was stellar! I had some additional requests on the size and placement of the engraving and Tom from The Pen Company gave me great advice for the size, managed to get the final product done and shipped out in less than 8 hours. The pens came well packaged with no dents whatsoever and needless to say, the pens and engravings were perfect! (The delay in delivery was due to delay in global postage services due to the Covid-19 situation, and is no fault of The Pen Company.)”
