“I purchased three Schneider Topball 850 refills recently, and The Pen Company dispatched them promptly and I received them in good time, and they were as ordered. However, the refills were supposed to be 0.5mm and they write much thicker than that, unfortunately. Not the company's fault, but I would order from The Pen Company again. DR.”

“Absolutely excellent service. I ordered a Pelikan that had a scratchy nib. Called Andrew at the Pen Company who took the fountain pen back and replaced it immediately with a new one. I will certainly buy from this retailer again. AM”

“Our order arrived surprisingly quickly in spite of the corona virus. From order to delivery, from the UK to Hawaii, in less than 3 weeks. I was concerned because the refills were for my superior, and they arrived in perfect condition!”

“The web site was well laid out and easy to navigate. I had a good look around the site before choosing my purchase. The choice of products was great. Information about the ink was helpful particularly as I had not come across this type of ink before. Order arrived quickly and had been well packed. I would highly recommend The Pen Company to anyone. I will be using them again.”

“'Light-speed' delivery from UK to Bangladesh during Covid era - thanks a lot. The pen (sailor reglus night black, M) was delivered in good shape, with care. It is a bit light-weight pen with compared to its look, but smooth as butter. It glides on paper with uniform ink trail, as fast as you can move it. Though I like heavy pens, this one is also nice.”
