“They are good and ship fast. The price was cheaper than anything I would have gotten locally in the US. USPS delayed delivery - due to COVID - but James was very prompt in replying to my email, extremely good at deciphering the tracking history (as well as the disagreement between Royal Mail and USPS tracking) etc etc. From somebody who has seen a lot... this was quite impressive. Bravo to James and the Pen Company!”

“I have done business with The Pen Company for years. Their service is excellent. Every pen has been perfect and I still have them all. Their selection is vast and they have the ability and willingness to expedite orders. (Four days start to finish from the UK to the US is simply stunning.) On one occasion they did not have what I was looking for, yet were able to refer me to another shop that came through. The rule of buy the seller, not the pen is why I keep coming back.”
