“On my initial contact with the Pen Company I received a quick and helpful response. Unfortunately, another of my e-mails got lost. However, when I rang to find out what to do next, I was helped very efficiently. A link was set up on their order website, so I could order the product in question. It was posted out to me the same day and arrived the next. I was very pleased. Without the little hiccup I would have awarded 5 stars without hesitation.”

“Excellent service and very quick, only concern is the item reference number does not correspond with the case, i.e. the box has the pen reference but the outer box has a different number! Friendly service on the phone, changed delivery address after checking and confirming it was my product purchased.”

There are two numbers as one refers to all Porsche Design pens and, the other the specific collection of pens. In this case P'3110 is on the outer packaging it is a Tec Flex pen if it was one of the Mikado collection it would read P'3130 rather than P'3110. The inner box will always read P'3100 for "Porsche Design Writing Tools" which is common to all Porsche Design pens. i.e. P'3110 and P'3130 are subsets of the P'3100 collection. The same is true for other Porsche Design products for example all Sunglasses are in the P'8500 range the last two digits vary depending upon the specific style.

“My first order was for two pens. One turned out to be out of stock. I had an anwerphone message followed by an email explaining the situation and offering several options explaining what I could do. I rang up and the person i spoke to was friendly and helpful. I have chosen to wait for it and it should behere later in the month. The other pen arrived next day, was securely packaged and I am extremely pleased with it. Have already placed another order, which shows that I was very happy with this company!”

“The pens I ordered were very good value compared to other sellers and they arrived very quickly. The packaging had split along one end as the pens were quite long - the pens were not damaged and none were missing - but I would suggest a slightly larger envelope next time! I would definitely use the Pen Company again.”

“This item arrived so quickly, very easy service! I love this diary, I've had paperblanks diaries for a few years now. There is one problem with this diary compared to my previous diarys... none of the bank holidays or special days are written throughout the diary (mothers day, st patricks day etc) so I have had to write them all in myself, and I still do not know when mothers day or fathers day is in 2014!”
