“5 minutes after I placed an order for multiple pen refills, I realised I'd forgotten one. They had already dealt with my order - very speedy. I spoke to James and he immediately sent the missing refill at zero postage. First rate customer service. The first lot arrived the following day, and the odd one arrived the day after. I would recommend this company highly, and will definitely use them again”

“I was attracted initially to The Pen Company, as they had an excellent selection of 12-Month Planners, available at competitive prices. I ordered several 2022 Planners as gifts for friends and personal use. The diaries were well packaged and arrived at lightning speed.
