“Pleased with my purchase of a 2022 diary. There was a delay due to container shipment issues and in these days when we are used to receiving goods the next day it would have been nice to be sent an e-mail explaining the delay, however, the gentleman on the phone was very courteous and my diary arrived in perfect condition. Thank you.”

“Ordered their 2022 Paperblanks weekly planner. They were the only website that still had stock where everywhere else was sold out. The item was shipped out very quickly and arrived in Singapore shortly, in excellent condition. Will be buying their planners from them from now on!”

“Bonjour, Achat traité rapidement. L'emballage et le colis realise correctement pour l'acheminement de blacon d'encre sans casse. Le delais entre l'achat et la livraison etait de quelque jours (moins de 5 de mémoire). J'ai utilisé l'envoi "Royal Mail International Tracked" livre par LaPoste en France sans frais de douanes supplementaires. Est-ce que je vais refaire un achat chez PenCompany? Oui c'est certain, mais pas vraiment raisonnable.”

“I live in Texas and ordered a pen from The Pen Company. I was amazed at how quickly they got the pen packaged and in the Royal Mail system. Over here retailers often print a shipping label and send an email that it’s shipped days before they actually ship it. TPC shipped it the same day I ordered it. Great service.”

“I always look forward to buying the beautiful new years diary ( paperblanks,) it makes me smile every day as I open it and get ready for my day, and use The Pen Company to purchase it. I seem to make mistakes in choosing the wrong size, and that's not a problem, as returns are so easy. I find the Pen Company pays a very good service to the customer.”
